Product Details
500 Series Ball profile rails are produced from high-quality
bearing steel. Almost all carriages, rails and rolling elements are
through hardened. The end cap is constructed of a high-strength, glass-filled nylon with nitrile rubber seals. Stringent quality controls are in
place to ensure consistency of materials, allowing us
to ensure that we deliver the highest quality product.
Precision grade for high accuracy applications.

Lubrication Inlet Locations
500 Ball carriages have four lubrication inlet locations per end
- The Center is plugged with a cap
- The side inlets are sealed, a simple modification will open
- The top requires drilling a small hole and applying an O-ring
