Support Bearings mounted on screws

Support bearings:

We offer support bearings to help in mounting the screw.  We offer two types:
  • Dual angular contact preloaded sets
  • Radial bearings
The screw end(s) will need to be machined to fit into the support bearing.

Flange Adapter

Flange Adapter

Flanges are available to adapt the threaded end of some of the nuts into a flanged nut.  The flange provides an alternate mounting option.

Motor Drive Assemblies

Motor drive assemblies

We are able to provide motor drive assemblies:
  • NEMA 17, 23, 34, & 42 sizes
  • ABEC 5 dual angular contact bearings
  • Housings for base style mounting

Coupling example

Couplings

Couplings are available for connecting a lead screw to a drive system. The screw end needs to be machined to fit the coupling.
