Ball Bushing Bearings - Plain bushings
Product Details
In some applications plain bushings are needed. These are often contaminated, washdown, submerged or
food-grade applications. FluoroNyliners are plain bushings (no ball bearings inside) that provide
self-lubricating, low friction, smooth motion. FluoroNyliners can be used on soft shaft
materials like 316 series stainless steel or aluminum shafting.
Standard and food-grade versions of the FluoroNyliner are offered.
Standard FluoroNyliner
The standard FluoroNyliner has an aluminum sleeve with a self-lubrication composite bearing liner
(TEP 950). Self-aligning versions are
available.
Available in sizes:
- Inch: 1/4" – 2.0"
- Load Capacity: 300 - 12,500 lbs
Food-grade FluoroNyliner
The food-grade FluoroNyliner is designed for use in food
processing, pharmaceutical and medical applications. The
corrosion-resistant sleeve is 303 stainless steel, while the
self-lubricating liner is FDA and USDA compliant. As the bearing does
not utilize ball bearings, it can be run on soft shafting such as 316
Stainless Steel or aluminum shafting, making the food-grade
FluoroNyliner excel in washdown applications.
